’90 Day Fiance’ Star Deavan Enjoys Romantic Dinner Date With New BF Topher After Jihoon Split
Heating up! 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star Deavan Clegg shared snaps from a romantic dinner date with new boyfriend Topher Park amid her split from estranged husband, Jihoon Lee.
Deavan, 23, took to her Instagram Story on Thursday, September 10, with a video showing off the couple’s sushi dinner spread. After she panned across the table, she panned the camera up to Topher’s face, only revealing him from the nose down as he chowed down during their date.
It seems things are going strong between the new couple. In August, an insider confirmed to In Touch Deavan was in a new relationship just days after Jihoon, 29, confirmed their split via social media. Deavan met Topher shortly after she relocated from Jihoon’s native country of South Korea back to her home state of Utah. Her new man is from Los Angeles and the long-distance flames take turns visiting each other.
On September 2, Deavan shared photos taken during the pair’s trip to Wrightwood, California. The reality star brought her 17-month-old son, Taeyang — whom she shares with Jihoon — on the vacation with her new beau. In one photo, Taeyang and Topher wore matching outfits, which stirred backlash from fans who felt it was inappropriate since Topher is not Taeyang’s biological father.
“I’m just going to say something … I’m blocked on social media, my number is blocked. I’ve reached out, sent photos of my son with no replies. I’ve tried and offered to come to [South] Korea. I’m sick of being blamed when I’m the one trying to co-parent,” Deavan hit back. “I’m the one who paid for everything in Korea, I’m the one still supporting my son with no help. I’m the one doing everything so why I’m I being attacked? Because I moved on? Because I was tired of being used and not getting any help in return? I tried and this person has said some vile things about my son and has blocked any way of me getting in contact to even send photos of my son?”
Jihoon responded to Deavan’s claims on September 3, and explained why he blocked the mother of his child. “My heart is always breaking. It happened without my knowledge. There’s no divorce on paper right now. Do you really know how it feels?” he wrote in a statement via Instagram. “And I don’t want to get involved in their lives. So I blocked them all. So extreme. But that’s how I organize my mind-set. I will never forget my son and love him forever. Every time I try to be comfortable, I keep seeing things. I want to be comfortable now.”
