’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Anfisa Arkhipchenko Opens up About How She Dropped 26 Pounds
Lookin' good, girl! Anfisa Arkhipchenko recently lost 26 pounds, and now she's opening up about how she slimmed down. The 90 Day Fiancé star took to YouTube to share a clip with her fans and admitted that she gained 16 pounds after moving to the United States. Whether her metabolism slowed down (or she simply ate a lot of greasy American foods!), the 22-year-old gets real about what it took to drop the LBs. Watch the clip above for details.
But she's not the only one who's been focusing on her summer body these days. Fellow 90 Day star Nicole Nafziger has also been adopting a healthier lifestyle. As we've seen on the TLC reality show, Azan has always been critical of his future wife's weight, even saying he's only "55 percent" physically attracted to his future wife. Ugh. "I want to be healthy, but I don't think I need to change myself for a man for him to love me," Nicole said on the show. "Because if he loves me, he should love me for who I am."
Since she filmed those episodes, however, it seems Nicole has begun her journey toward better health… and fans have been noticing! "Nicole has completely changed her looks," observed one reddit user, reposting a selfie of the reality star. "OK, not completely, but … her hair is a nicer blonde, her makeup looks good, and she's slimmed down! Girl, woman looks good, and she knows it! I'm happy for her!" Another added, "She looks great! Good for her!"
Unfortunately, people have been more critical of Anfisa. Earlier this month, she snapped a pic at In-N-Out Burger and captioned it, "Here's for those of you who worry that I lost weight — don't worry, I am not starving myself." We think she looks great!
