Where did people get this idea from? Kailyn Lowry did a video on YouTube titled, “Assumptions About Me,” and answered a bunch of questions about herself based on what people think of her — true or not. The Teen Mom 2 star specifically spoke about the assumption that she sleeps around, and she has some feelings about it. Check out the gallery below to see what she said.

Kail, 27, is one of the stars of Teen Mom 2. She’s also the founder of Pothead Haircare and she has a podcast. She does the podcast — called Coffee and Convos — with Chrisley Knows Best castmember Lindsie Chrisley.

She’s also a very busy mom! Her oldest son is Isaac Elliot Rivera, whom she shares with her former boyfriend, Jo Rivera. She has another son, Lincoln Marshall, with her ex Javi Marroquin. Finally, she shares her third son, Lux Russell, with Chris Lopez.

In addition to the podcasting, the reality TV star is now turning to YouTube videos as well. That’s what she did when she decided to tackle some assumptions that Teen Mom viewers have about her.

Not a Hater

For instance, Kailyn was asked if she “hates” MTV, and said that’s just not the case. “I’m thankful for the opportunity. Sometimes, just like in any other job, you get frustrated with where you are at.”

Kail added, “Sometimes I do feel like I’m treated and portrayed unfairly, but to say I hate MTV would be a lie.”

Truth

The truth is, the way Kail is portrayed on the Teen Mom franchise is likely part of the reason people have the assumptions about her that they do. We agree — that’s not totally fair.

Whatever

“Some people assume you’re fake,” another person wrote to Kailyn. She responded by saying, “I don’t really know what to say about that. Everyone’s gonna have their opinion. I mean, I don’t think that I’m fake, but whatever.”

Love

Another person suggested that Kail is “not sure” of her “sexual identity.” After a long look at the camera, the reality star replied, “I don’t think that I’m not sure. I just think that I don’t label myself. I don’t think that I’m gay, straight, bisexual. I just love people.”

Comfortable

She added, “And I feel like I say that all the time. Sometimes people feel comfortable in labels, and they prefer to say, ‘I’m gay’ or ‘I’m a lesbian’ or ‘I’m bisexual.'”

Security

“Some people like that and some people feel secure in that,” Kailyn continued. “But for me, I just love people, and it’s whoever I fall in love with.”

Love Life

So what about Kail’s love life? The reality star specifically addressed the idea that she “sleeps around” in the video.

“This is funny to me because I see why people would get that impression or assume that. I get it,” she said.

She continued, “If you literally ask the people closest to me, even guys that I hang out with, they will tell you. I don’t sleep with them.”

She Doesn’t

“They know I don’t sleep around,” she stated. She also suggested that maybe they should do a similar video to clear up that particular assumption. Kailyn then added a very definitive, “I don’t sleep around.”
