Feel better! Fans are sending well-wishes after discovering that a Teen Mom OG star was recently hospitalized. In a candid update via Instagram on Dec. 17, Bristol Palin’s ex-husband, Dakota Meyer, shared a few photos from his hospital bed in Austin, TX and opened up about his ongoing struggles with anxiety. In a post via his Instagram Stories, Dakota explained how it’s a battle, but he’s still looking at the bright side. “Some days you win and some days you lose. That’s life. #anxiety,” he wrote.

Keeping It Real

The reality star, 30, was reportedly seen filming for the MTV series before receiving medical attention. On previous episodes, he’s discussed his struggles with PTSD and anxiety.

Life Experiences

“I mean, 99 percent of our problems in this family, in our marriage, is my anxiety,” Dakota said while talking about his relationship with Bristol. “It’s been tough,” he added.

Brave Soul

Dakota is a former U.S. Marine and he was the only surviving member of his platoon during the war in Afghanistan. He was later awarded the Medal of Honor for his heroic efforts to save his friends.

On the plus side, in recent weeks, Dakota and Bristol have been getting along better than ever, which can only help the situation.
