She found herself in hot water. Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood was arrested for domestic battery on July 5, and now details about the 911 call have been released, in addition to her mugshot. The MTV alum reportedly got into a dispute with her boyfriend, Andrew Glennon, and while that was going on, Glennon texted authorities claiming that he and their son were in “danger.”

“Officers spoke to the male victim, who stated his live-in-girlfriend and he were having a disagreement,” a police spokesperson told Radar, who broke the news about 29-year-old Portwood’s arrest following the incident which took place in her Indiana home. “During which time the female, later identified as Amber Portwood, assaulted him, while he was holding their 1-year-old child.” Portwood is still in custody, and must show up for a court hearing on July 8 at 8:30 a.m.

Portwood and Glennon have been dating for two years and they share one child together, a son named James, who was mentioned during the call. Unfortunately, this isn’t the reality star’s first run-in with the law. In 2010, Portwood was charged with domestic battery after she was seen hitting her former flame, Gary Shirley, in front of their daughter, Leah, on an episode of Teen Mom.

Following the news of her arrest, Shirley took to Twitter with a message of support for the mother of his child. “My prayers are with @AmberLPortwood, Andrew and most importantly baby James,” he wrote on July 5. “Idk any of the particulars, however I’m thinking of them.”

“And for all the questions and concerns Leah was/is currently camping with her best friend,” Shirley added in his tweet, while responding to the ongoing inquiries from his followers.

Portwood has opened up about her struggles with bipolar disorder in the past, revealing how difficult it is during a therapy session with her boyfriend on TMOG. “I haven’t really been doing very well when it comes to mood swings,” she admitted. “Any little thing, tiny, tiny thing, will enrage me.”

Back in May, Portwood gushed over Glennon, calling him a “beautiful person” and her “soulmate.”
