‘Sister Wives’ Star Christine Brown Flaunts Weight Loss While in Sedona With Her ‘Favorite People’
Shining inside and out! Sister Wives star Christine Brown appears to be having the time of her life with several of her loved ones in Sedona, Arizona. The TLC alum flaunted her impressive weight loss progress in a beaming new photo uploaded to her Instagram page on Thursday, October 17, showing her checking out the gorgeous views outdoors.
“Hanging out in Sedona today with some of my favorite people. #momlife #lularoeretailer #sedona #vortex #lularoehudsonls #lularoedenim,” Christine, 47, captioned a montage of photos with her kids and son-in-law, including Gwendlyn Brown, Ysabel Brown, Truely Brown, Aspyn Thompson (née Brown) as well as her husband, David Mitchell Thompson.
“Looking good! Beautiful family,” one fan wrote in the comment section. “You all look great … Truely is growing fast,” another chimed in. “You look amazing!” a third complimented.
Not long ago, Christine treated her followers to some of her health and wellness secrets. When someone asked about how she obtained her trim figure, the reality star spilled, “I eat for my blood type and work out.” Christine also clarified how she learned about that method, revealing, “Just online. I’ve read about it for years and I just did it. And I love it!”
It’s widely speculated that Christine is referring to the blood type diet, which is believed to be based on Peter D’Adamo’s book, Eat Right For Your Type. The theory is that people could “be healthier, live longer, and achieve their ideal weight” by eating based on their blood type.
Christine’s recent photos have been garnering attention not only for her weight loss, but also for her relationship status with husband Kody Brown. After seeing her “fun with family” snaps, several people tried to get the reality star to share an update. “Does y’alls husband ever go anywhere with [you]?” one commented. “I never see him with any of [you]?”
Kody and Christine share six children together and she previously gushed over how instantly she was attracted to him. “Kody has goo-goo eyes and when he looks at you, they sparkle,” she said during a tell-all episode. “When he turns those eyes on you, you’re the most important woman in the world. All other girls don’t compare. You are it!”
Meanwhile, it’s rumored the famous polygamous family has started filming for a new season in Flagstaff.
