Interesting timing. Jersey Shore star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro took to his Instagram Story in the early hours of Wednesday, April 8, to share a cryptic message amid drama with ex Jen Harley.

“This year, I’m not going to allow anyone to treat me like I’m not good enough because I know I’m more than enough and I will not let nobody [sic] bring my self-esteem down,” the post read.

Jen, 32, told In Touch exclusively on April 7 that she and her daughter’s father, 34, have “no contact,” she said. “We’re not even allowed to talk to each other.”

While the reality babe and Ronnie “obviously love each other a lot,” Jen admitted, “We just don’t know how to break our toxic cycle.”

The licensed real estate agent — who recently joined Realty One Group in Las Vegas — elaborated further, explaining their “underlying” issue was cheating. “We would never do anything [about it]. We would just sweep things under the rug,” the star told In Touch. “So when we would fight, it would just blow up again and that was our cycle.”

The couple’s daughter, Ariana Sky, turned 2 years old on April 2. Although the tiny tot wasn’t able to have anyone over for the big event due to the coronavirus pandemic, it still sounded like her birthday was pretty special.

“We didn’t have anybody over, but the person who did her huge birthday party last year, she did kind of like a no-contact birthday party set up for us outside of our house. It was super cute,” Jen gushed to In Touch. “She had a balloon company come and they did all these balloon decorations. She had a big Minne Mouse three-tier cake, Minnie Mouse balloons. It was really, really cute.”
