She’s expressing her regrets. Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter was reportedly placed under arrest on January 31 for driving under the influence. The Bravo alum was stopped by police in the Rancho Santa Margarita area at 12:20 a.m. PST and later transported to jail.

Kirschenheiter was reportedly booked at the Santa Ana jail and released in the afternoon. The booking information for the RHOC star showed her occupation was listed as “unemployed.” Prior to her arrest, the reality star, 34, received a ticket for driving through a stop sign in January. Now, Kirschenheiter is scheduled to appear in court later this month on February 28, 2019.

“I made a very bad choice the other night after a mom’s night out,” Kirschenheiter said in a statement to Radar. “I am extremely disappointed in myself and regret my actions wholeheartedly.  I have learned a valuable lesson and hope to show you all that this one incident does not define me.” Before her arrest, the reality star reportedly attended a cocktail party at a plastic surgeon’s office. She was seen trying Emsculpting, a fat-reduction technique, on her Instagram Story.

Kirschenheiter filed for divorce from her estranged husband Matthew Kirschenheiter last April, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind their split following nearly eight years of marriage. The exes share three kids together and are reportedly still working out the details when it comes to their custody arrangement.

“A hundred percent honest, I started this show knowing that Matt and I had been in a down, but I didn’t know that that down was actually going to make me pull the trigger to get a divorce,” she explained while appearing on the RHOC reunion. Even though they called it quits, Kirschenheiter said, “He’s a good person, a good father, but not meant to be my husband, and that’s it.”
