Get it, Randy Houska! The Teen Mom 2 star and his wife Rita Houska are looking and feeling better than ever, since they've both shed some major LBs. Taking to Instagram on July 12, Randy updated fans on their weight loss journey. "100 pounds lost between us," he hashtagged their impressive snap. Check out his transformation in the video above!

Randy previously revealed he dropped 35 pounds in just three short months and clearly he's on a roll. And it doesn't hurt to have the support of his loving partner! Chelsea Houska's dad, aka Paparandlicious, has been sharing his incredible progress via social media, and well, he's basically a DILF now. "You both look amazing! Keep up the great work!!! ???," one fan wrote, while another wholeheartedly agreed, writing: "Wow!! You guys look great!!"

Yet, Randy isn't the only one getting in shape these days. A very pregnant Chelsea, 26, recently revealed that she's working with Profile, a personalized weight loss program. "Profile is a safe and effective approach to a healthy lifestyle that is customizable to you and your goals!" she wrote in her announcement on April 7. "Including helping you gain healthy weight for you and your babe during pregnancy."

Chelsea used the app to lose about 50 pounds of baby weight that she gained when she was pregnant with her one-year-old, and now she's using it to gain a healthy amount of weight during her third. Of course, some nay-sayers weren't convinced that the product was safe for her baby girl. "'Celebrities' do these ads all the time and they don't actually take this stuff. They get paid off of people who buy it and use their code! Be smart and please be careful and inform your OB if you plan on taking this while pregnant!" one fan wrote, while others questioned if it was safe or healthy for Chelsea to use the app in her third trimester.

As a result, Chelsea took to Twitter to set the record straight. "I gained 50 [pounds] my last pregnancy and felt like absolute crap during and after. This time around I wanted to feel good, have energy, and enjoy it," she wrote. "They helped me postpartum with Watson and switched me to a healthy pregnancy plan once I got pregnant with our baby girl." You tell 'em! Chels and Cole's little one is set to arrive later this summer. Can't wait!
