‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Corey Simms Gives Wife Miranda a Sweet Shout out on Her Birthday
Happy Birthday, Miranda Simms! The Teen Mom 2 star turned the big 2-8 today and her husband, Corey, couldn't help but gush about his leading lady on social media. The proud mama was joined by their daughter, Remi, as well as Ali and Aleeah "Gracie" — Corey's twin daughters with Leah Messer. Fans of the hit reality franchise took the time to wish her a Happy Birthday on Twitter, too. "Happy Birthday! Hope y'all have a great day!" one person wrote on Corey's post. Another added, "Beautiful family! Happy Bday!" and a third simply chimed in, "Happy birthday!!!!!"
The adorable tribute came just weeks after Corey wished his wife a Happy Anniversary. "Happy five-year anniversary to my beautiful wife @mirandabridget," he captioned a photo of the two on Twitter. "I look forward to many more amazing years with you!" Aww.
Miranda and Corey have certainly had a whirlwind romance. They started dating in June 2012 and by Christmas of that same year, they were engaged. On June 7, 2013, they got married and welcomed their daughter in November 2015, about eight weeks before she was due.
Unfortunately, their marriage hasn't always been picture-perfect. Just months after they tied the knot, a rumor was swirling that Corey and Leah hooked up in his work truck, and he finally came clean to Dr. Drew. "Things happened that shouldn't have happened and it was disrespectful to Miranda and I have apologized," the father-of-three confessed. "That's the only time that I disrespected her." Ugh. Luckily, it seems like these two are in a good place now!
