Things aren’t looking good for Maci Bookout and her husband, Taylor McKinney. According to a new Radar Online report from October 10, the Teen Mom OG stars’ company, TTM Lifestyle, has been dissolved by the state. The outlet claims that the couple failed to file some necessary paperwork. Because of that, their business has been dissolved. According to the article, TTM Lifestyle was officially dissolved by the state in August 2019. The decision came after the couple neglected to complete some annual paperwork.

Because of that, their LLC became “inactive.” In the past, Maci, 28, and Taylor, 30, have had other issues when it comes to keeping up with their company’s paperwork.

Radar reports that TTM Lifestyle had the same issue in 2016. On August 6 of that year, the business was listed as “inactive” due the missing paperwork.

Quick Fix
Luckily, they were able to reinstate it, and by December 14, 2016, everything was back on track. The couple will be able to file an Application for Reinstatement this year, too.

Simple Solution
The couple won’t even have to wait for their reinstatement to continue selling their products. An “inactive” status doesn’t prevent them from continuing to run their business.

Drama
Unfortunately for Maci, the problems she has in her personal life aren’t so easily solved. The star’s relationship with her ex Ryan Edwards continues to be contentious.
“Maci talks a lot of s–t,” Ryan said on Teen Mom. “I’m tired of being nice about the situation. [Bentley is] mine, too. He’s not just hers. And it doesn’t matter what she says.”

Firing Back
He was incensed by Maci’s claim that he’s acted as more of an “uncle” to his son than a dad. “What is affecting my relationship with Bentley is Maci,” he insisted.

Placing Blame
“I don’t know what she tells him about me. I’m sure some of it’s probably not good. And then, you know, she goes on TV and she says whatever she wants,” he continued.

Responsibility
Mack, 22, claimed that Maci would need to lift her restraining order against Ryan in order for the parents to work together — and for Ryan to properly parent Bentley.

Turning Her Back
Maci didn’t agree. During her own segment of the show, she explained her decision to keep the restraining order in place — and why she thinks it’s actually beneficial for their relationship.

Healthy Choice
“Honestly, I think for both Ryan and myself, this past year not talking to each other, has been good,” she said.

Moving Forward
“I’ve been able to kind of work through my process and what I think of him, my anger and all of that, without him and I getting in another argument, you know?” she continued.

Making Peace
We’re not sure that Ryan and Maci will ever be able to be on the same page when it comes to parenting — but at least her business problems are solvable.
