Yikes. On a recent episode of Teen Mom 2, Jade Cline moved out of the home she shared with Sean Austin — the father of her daughter, Kloie. Now, both Jade, 23, and Sean have been sued for not paying rent, according to a report from Radar Online on October 9. The home involved in the possible eviction case is the same house they filmed in on recent episodes of the reality TV show. Scroll through the gallery below to learn more.
In June, MTV announced a new mom would be joining the Teen Mom 2 cast. However, Jade had actually been on the franchise before.

Little Family
Jade was initially introduced to the audience on Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant. She and her ex, Sean, welcomed their daughter, Kloie, on September 18, 2017, and Teen Mom fans got to know the little family on the first series Jade was on.

“Definitely Not”
In February, Jade revealed that she and Sean had ended their relationship. In an Instagram Q&A, someone asked if she was still with Sean, and the young mom responded, “Definitely not.”

Why?
Why did the couple break up? It wasn’t totally clear, although Jade did write at the time, “People are not what they seem sometimes.”

However, on the show, Jade accused Sean of abusing drugs. She ultimately left their home with their daughter and moved into a new house, Radar noted.

Plus, in a previous trailer for Teen Mom 2, police showed up to their house and Jade said, “I don’t understand. This is my house and he’s abusing me. I’m so f–king mad right now.”

Don’t Care
But whoever is expecting rent on the apartment might not care if the couple is still together or not, nor the circumstances behind why they wouldn’t be living with each other anymore.

On Notice
FS Houses – Property Management 317 LLC filed a Notice of Claim for Possession against both Jade and Sean on September 30, 2019, Radar reported.

Sued
A clerk for Center Township Court in Indiana told the outlet the Plaintiff sued for $2,089.60. Radar reported that the rent on the home Jade and Sean shared was $995 per month.

More Trouble
This isn’t even the first time Jade has been in trouble for not paying a bill. She was previously sued for allegedly failing to pay her Best Buy credit card, too, Radar reported in June.

Uh Oh
The outlet got court papers from Marion County Superior Court and found that Midland Funding, LLC sued Jade on April 4, 2018.

“Defendant has failed to pay the Plaintiff the remaining balance of its account in the sum of $1,285.75, with post-judgment interest at 8% per annum until satisfied,” the court documents noted.

That case is still ongoing. Between that and the failure to pay rent case, Jade is in all sorts of legal trouble at the moment.

Since she doesn’t live with Sean anymore, it’s unclear whether or not Jade will be on the hook for the missing rent money.
