They’re really letting him have it. When Matt Roloff shared a travel photo of himself with his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, as they headed out for another adventure on July 11, fans in the comments had ~opinions~ about how often the Little People, Big World star seems to be away. “No shade, honestly. It seems you never wanted to go on vacation when you were a family and the kids were younger, you would never leave the farm,” one fan wrote. “If you did go on vacation, you’d leave early and go home. Now you are never at the farm, LOL.”

Another follower had similar criticism for the reality TV star, but their comment got a little nastier. “You are hardly ever at the farm!! Maybe you need to give it up so you and your woman can just travel!! Amy [Roloff] is so much better off without you!” Yet another fan commented that they think Matt, 57, did travel with his family — presumably including his ex-wife — “but always was complaining and cutting out early.”

Matt noted that before the photo was taken, he and Caryn “had a wonderful evening last night with the grandkids (sorry no photos —  we were all in the moment). Caryn picked up a pie and ice cream for after dinner [dessert] and Jer, Auj, Zach, Tori, Jackson and Ember all came by for lots of love, play and hangout time.” Nice! Then, he said, he and his girlfriend were “off again to escape some of this July rain in Portland. Off to see some more sunshine in Surprize, AZ.”

Not everyone in the comments was upset with Matt for taking another trip with Caryn. “Matt, good to see you stand up for yourself!” one fan wrote. “You don’t deserve the bullying that goes on on this page. I am glad to see you so happy, the two of you deserve it.💕” Well, the couple does seem to travel a lot together — they were just in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, together in early July, for instance — so they must not let the criticism bother them too much!
