Small bites! Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff shared an update on how her daughter, Lilah Ray, is doing with learning to eat solid foods.

“Lots have been asking: We feed [her] lots of cheese, chicken, broccoli, yogurt melts, puffs [and] cereal. Anything cut up small,” the proud mama, 29, wrote on her Instagram Story on Tuesday, August 11, with a photo of her little girl in her high chair.

“Yes, she does sometimes gag, but it’s all part of learning to eat,” Tori continued. “I try not to let it scare me. I feed her small enough pieces that nothing can really get caught and choke her. Always watch closely while kids are learning to eat!”

In a following slide, Tori, who is also the mother to Jackson, 3, gave more details about her daughter’s development. She revealed she still breast-feeds Lilah “3-5 times a day” and they still give her some pureed foods. “We’ve moved into more solids with Lilah because she’s a petite little lady and we’re trying to beef her up with more protein and fats. Hence chicken and yogurt,” she wrote, adding, “homegirl still won’t take a bottle.”

Tori and her husband, Zach Roloff, welcomed their little girl in November 2019 and have been updating their fans on her progress ever since. In the throes of the coronavirus pandemic, the reality star admitted she worried about her daughter’s “socialization” in a June 30 Instagram post.

“This girlsie here is my homegirl. She’s my smiley, sweet, loving girl. She is so obsessed with me and I can’t say I hate it. However, being quarantined has kept her from having the socialization that I think is so important at her age,” Tori wrote at the time. “The second I pass her off to someone else that sweet smile quickly turns to tears and panic. It’s hard to watch as a mom because I get to see this sweet side of her that I feel others are missing out on.”

It looks like Lilah is going to grow up to be a fierce lady thanks to her strong mama.
