She’s facing serious time. Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Tommie Lee was reportedly indicted on multiple child abuse charges by the state of Georgia, In Touch can confirm, and the 34-year-old is currently facing up to 54 years in prison.

On Thursday, Jan. 3, Tommie was indicted on aggravated assault, child cruelty, simple battery, aggravated stalking, and disrupting a public school charges, according to records obtained by In Touch. Three of the charges are felonies and the other four charges are misdemeanors, and they all stem from an incident that allegedly took place in October 2018 at Griffin Middle School, involving her middle school-aged daughter.

Tommie, whose real name is Atasha Chizaah Jefferson, is being accused of allegedly grabbing her daughter by the hair and shoving her hair into a metal locker, according to an Oct. 16 police warrant obtained by local newspaper the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She’s also being accused of allegedly cursing at her daughter and hitting her daughter’s hand with a purse strap.

The reality star was reportedly arrested after that alleged altercation but quickly posted bond. A condition of the arrest was that she was not allowed to have contact with her daughter, but Tommie allegedly still went to her home in Smyrna, GA while her daughter was there. She was reportedly arrested again on an aggravated stalking charge. A rep for Tommie did not immediately respond to In Touch‘s request for comment.

This isn’t Tommie’s first run-in with the law, but it is one of her most serious ones. Tommie has been very open about her legal issues in the past, and she’s reportedly been in and out of jail between September and December. She has yet to address her recent indictment, but she seemingly hinted at them in two cryptic posts on Instagram. “Slow news day,” she wrote on her Instagram story. Hours after reports surfaced, Tommie went on Instagram Live to document a cryotherapy session.
