The glow up is real. Leah Messer was accused of getting cheek fillers after posting a sweet photo with her three daughters on May 21. The Teen Mom 2 star was flooded with comments about her “new look,” and many were speculating that she underwent a cosmetic procedure to enhance her appearance. Fans thought they noticed something different about Leah, 27, in the new snap she posted on Instagram including her daughters, Adalynn, Aliannah and Aleeah.

“They are my reason today and everyday! So proud of how well they did tonight. I’m one blessed momma,” Leah wrote in the caption.

Rumors Swirl

It didn’t take long for some to start speculating that she went and got one of the most popular cosmetic procedures — cheek fillers. “I think you are stunning! But did you have work done?” one asked.

“You look amazing with the cheek fillers,” another chimed in, while a third added, “Face definitely looks different. Fillers maybe? Looks good whatever it is.”

After hearing about the speculation, the Teen Mom 2 star released a statement. Leah revealed that it was “sad” she even had to post anything about it.

“Along with a blast from the past over the last 10 years that shows just how much I have transformed into the healthiest, best version of myself,” the MTV alum began.

“It’s called taking better care of yourself, loving yourself and embracing yourself for who you are! I’m a completely different person on the inside and it radiates on the outside, people,” she continued.
