Kylie Jenner Slammed by Animal Lovers Over Purse Collection: ‘Poor Crocodiles’
As the leaves change, we all look forward to sweater weather and pumpkin spice lattes. For Kylie Jenner, she gets excited to bring out her seasonal handbags — must be nice. The 22-year-old posted a drool-worthy photo of her incredible purse collection that left us in awe on Sunday, September 29. Although some people noted the wealth in the photo, others had some choice words for the star in regards to her apparent love of real animal hide.
“Oh fall, I missed you 🍁,” the brunette beauty captioned the photo. Comments criticizing her collection quickly rolled in. “I bet all them alligators, cows and snakes miss their skin but y’all ain’t ready for that conversation,” read one comment. “Too much animal skin,” a user wrote while another said, “Say no [to] crocodile skin.”
Although some people took issue with Kylie’s treatment towards animals, others took aim at her ostentatious ways. “Just called me broke in every language,” someone commented. “Pretty much it’s like thanks for buying my skincare and makeup so I can flaunt my income to you and show you how much money I made off you 😂😂😂 #SAVAGE,” another wrote.
This isn’t the first time Kylie has been slammed for showing off her goods and thicc bank account. Back in August, Kylie released a money-themed makeup collection in honor of her birthday, and fans were taken aback by for her lack of modesty.
“Does Kylie Jenner think it’s cute making her collection money-themed? Flaunting her billionaire status. Bitch, redistribute your wealth before we rob you,” one said vented of her collection. Another echoed, “Kylie Jenner releasing a money-themed makeup collection in honor of her birthday is so … tone-deaf.”
Kylie also admitted that fans aren’t the only ones who roast her for her billionaire status. She told Ellen DeGeneres that her famous sisters joke about her picking up the bill now. “They tease her a lot,” Kris Jenner added. “When we’re in a group chat talking about where we should go for a trip, they’re like, ‘Kylie? You going to pay for it?’” Ky said to the comedienne, 61. “Just stuff like that.” One thing is for sure, her sisters are definitely coming for her epic handbag collection.
