Coincidence? Probably not! Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner’s new perfume is dropping on Friday, August 23 — the same day that Taylor Swift’s seventh album, Lover, is being released.

“Kylie’s favorite is the nude bottle. I think mine is the pink!” the 38-year-old wrote on Instagram on Monday, August 19, about their upcoming scents which come in lip-shaped bottles. “She’s been wearing my perfumes forever, so this collaboration is extra special because I know how much she loves the process. Finding her perfect scent was impossible, so we narrowed it down to her three favorites. Kkwfragrance.com August 23rd.”

Of course, Swifties are eagerly waiting for the 29-year-old’s new music. In June, the blonde beauty revealed the album name and when it was going to debut. “This album, in tone, it’s very romantic,” she said. “You can find romance in loneliness or sadness or going through a conflict, dealing with things in your life.”

The KUWTK starlet was originally going to launch her perfume on April 26, but Taylor was also releasing new music that day. Shortly afterward, users trolled the reality star on social media. “Yo, Kim, I really don’t care about your fragrance, I’ma let you finish, but first go buy and stream Taylor’s new single at 4.26!” one person wrote.

Kim eventually ended up postponing the launch date. “We are so excited to launch our fragrance collaboration that we’ve been working on for such a long time,” she wrote. “Sadly, we found out today from the manufacturer that a few of our bottles did not pass durability tests while on the assembly line, and we have paused production while the team explores the issue further. Together, we have made the difficult decision to delay the launch as we would never release a product that did not meet the strictest of quality guidelines. We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we have a new launch date! Thank you for understanding and support always. Love, Kim and Kylie.”

The “Delicate” crooner and the E! personality haven’t gotten along in years. In July 2016, Kim called Taylor a “snake” after Kim’s hubby, Kanye West, featured controversial lyrics about the pop star in his single “Famous.”

The Pennsylvania native has been open about those dark times, and she recently recalled in an interview with Vogue more insight as to what she went through. “A mass public shaming, with millions of people saying you are quote-unquote canceled is a very isolating experience,” she revealed to the outlet. “I don’t think there are that many people who can actually understand what it’s like to have millions of people hate you very loudly.”

She added, “When you say someone is canceled, it’s not a TV show. It’s a human being. You’re sending amounts of messaging to this person to either shut up, disappear or it could also be perceived as, ‘kill yourself.’”

However, the makeup mogul has no interest in making nice with the Grammy winner. After Taylor and Katy Perry made up, “there were feelers put out to see if Kim and Kanye would be open to making amends,” a source exclusively told In Touch. Ultimately, Kim has moved on with her life. “She feels like she has nothing to gain from it,” the insider added. “She is super protective over Kanye’s image and cares more about defending him in this argument than he does.”
