Reigniting the feud? Kim Kardashian announced on Monday, April 15, that her new fragrance collaboration with her sister Kylie Jenner is coming out on April 26 — the same day Taylor Swift is dropping new music. Uhh … awkward. Of course, Swifties immediately trolled the reality star on social media.

“KKW FRAGRANCE X KYLIE launching 4/26 at NOON on kkwfragrance.com,” Kim captioned a photo of herself spooning Kylie on Instagram. “Three colorful bottles in nude, pink and red. These lip-shaped fragrances offer notes of red lotus blossoms, liquid amber and peony. $40.”

Shortly after, fans defended Taylor and revealed that they were more excited for the blonde beauty’s new tunes than Kim’s new scent. One person wrote, “The same day like Taylor Swift 4.26? It’s not a coincidence? Isn’t Isn’t Isn’t,” while another echoed, “Girl, we don’t care. Stream TS7 on 4.26.” A third chimed in, writing, “Yo, Kim, I really don’t care about your fragrance, I’ma let you finish, but first go buy and stream Taylor’s new single at 4.26!”

The “Delicate” crooner keeps reminding her loyal fans on Instagram that there is something exciting happening in almost a week. Tay has posted four snaps — cats, pink dress material, blue and pink nails and a glittery heart — that each have the same caption of “4.26.”

As fans recall, Kim, 38, called Taylor, 29, a snake in July 2016 after Kim’s hubby Kanye West featured controversial lyrics about the pop star in his hit single “Famous.”

In the song he raps the lyrics, “For all my Southside n–s that know me best / I feel like me and Taylor might have sex / Why, I made that b–ch famous / Goddamn / I made that b–ch famous.”

On March 6, the blonde beauty seemingly called out the KKW Beauty founder for bullying. “In my experience, I’ve come to see that bullies want to be feared and taken seriously,” she told Elle magazine about one of the things she learned in her 20s. “A few years ago, someone started an online hate campaign by calling me a snake on the internet. The fact that so many people jumped on board with it led me to feeling lower than I’ve ever felt in my life.”

Despite the name-calling, Taylor revealed that she came out on top. “But I can’t tell you how hard I had to keep from laughing every time my 63-foot inflatable cobra named Karyn appeared onstage in front of 60,000 screaming fans,” she said. “It’s the Stadium Tour equivalent of responding to a troll’s hateful Instagram comment with ‘lol.’”

In January, the California native claimed that she was “over” their quarrel on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. The TV personality confessed she “feels like we’ve moved on” from the incident.

Let’s just hope this was all just one big ~coincidence.~
