Kailyn Lowry Reveals She Doesn’t Want Javi Marroquin to Have a Relationship With Baby Lo: “I Don’t See a Reason for Him to Be Involved”
Kailyn Lowry doesn’t want her baby daddy to be in her third child’s life — well, her second baby daddy, that is! The Teen Mom 2 star revealed in an interview with Radar Online that her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, has no business being in Baby Lo’s life — despite being a father figure to her firstborn son, Isaac, 7, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera. Watch the video below to find out what she had to say!
The 25-year-old gave birth to her third son — who has yet to be named — on Aug. 5 with ex-boyfriend Chris Lopez by her side. Yet despite his shocking arrival for the birth, he’s been putting in minimal effort. In a separate interview with Radar, Kail said, “I think he has been as supportive as he can.” She added, “He does the best to his ability even though it doesn’t necessarily meet the standards of what everyone else expects of him. I think people need to keep that in mind.”
Meanwhile, Javi, 24, — who shares son Lincoln, 3, with Kail — said there are no hard feelings when it comes to not being involved with Baby Lo. “No, I won’t have a relationship with the new baby,” he said. For the reality star, the pregnancy came as a betrayal since they had only recently broken up when she announced the news. Plus, tension between the former couple exploded when she filed a protection from abuse against him after he allegedly broke into her house. “I signed a consent PFA, which means there’s no evidence of abuse,” he said. “I just can’t contact her unless it’s in regards to Lincoln for a year.”
Luckily, he admitted co-parenting their son is going “amazing.” We’re so happy to hear!
