Finally, the kid gets a little something for his trouble! Jill Duggar revealed how she rewards her son, Israel Dillard, for taking photos of her to share on social media, and honestly, the “payment” is very Duggar. Check out the video above to see what she wrote about their little system on her Instagram Story.

Jill, 27, often posts about the clothes she gets from Citrus and Lemon. When she poses in the outfits, she has to have someone take the photos for her — and that’s where Izzy comes in. Apparently, his mom is grateful for his help, because she shared on April 15 that in exchange for his assistance with her photo shoot, “All he wanted for payment was a dill pickle to eat outside in the tree.” LOL. The Duggars are notorious for loving pickles, so that definitely seems like an appropriate salary for his labor.

Jill shared in other Instagram Story posts from the same modeling session that Izzy kept telling her how to pose. “He kept saying ‘get closer to the fence mommy,” she wrote on one pic she added. TBH, her son has a good eye — the photos aren’t half bad!

We started noticing back in December that Jill’s main photographer these days seems to be her oldest son, and that he appeared to have a knack for it. He’s not terrible at getting her to pose well, and the lighting in most of his shots is pretty good. Who knew her 4-year-old would be more talented at getting in those angles than his own mom?

This is far from the first time that Jill has acknowledged her son’s prowess with picture-taking. On February 7, she shared other photos of herself modeling in new clothes and included in the caption, “Had my little photographer grab some pics for me ;-).” Clearly, Izzy is the man for this very important job.

After all, the Duggars’ former resident photographer, Jinger Duggar, lives miles away these days, and Jill can’t just wait around to put more pics on social media. She can always fill her time with more recipe posts instead, but does anyone really want that?
