Vinny Guadagnino Blasts Mike Sorrentino and Wife Lauren Over Game Night: ‘Sick Invite!’
LOL! It’s only been a few weeks since Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was released from jail, and his Jersey Shore costar and bestie Vinny Guadagnino isn’t holding back from trolling him on Instagram. “Game Night Situation. @laurensorrentino @cbuckner_ @deenanicole,” the 37-year-old captioned a photo of himself with his wife, Lauren Sorrentino, and his friend Deena Cortese with her husband, Christopher Buckner, and their new baby, CJ Buckner. However, it didn’t look like Vinny, 31, was invited to the party. “Sick invite!” he quipped in the comments section.
Of course, fans couldn’t help but write about their hilarious interaction. One person wrote, “Sorry, couples only,” referring to Vinny’s single status, while another person echoed, “They didn’t want to lose.” A third person chimed in, writing, “Hahahaha OMG. Poor Vinny.”
Some of Mike’s followers also couldn’t believe how good he was doing post-prison. “Y’all look so damn great. Living your best lives,” one person said. A second person wrote, “That looks like fun. Uncle Sitch gets to catch up on some time with CJ. He needs the practice.”
The New York native was released on September 12, after he served an eight-month prison sentence for tax evasion at Otisville Correctional Institution in New York. After some time apart, Lauren, 34, is excited to be reunited with her man. “We are elated to finally close this chapter of our life. Thank you to our family, friends and fans for the continuous love and support during this time,” a rep for Lauren told In Touch. “It brought us so much peace and comfort. We look forward to continuing our life as husband and wife and working on baby situations! We truly believe that the comeback is ALWAYS greater than the setback, and we can’t wait to show the world ours.”
Since then, Mike has been active on social media as he has been posting his workout routines in addition to hanging out with his wifey. The MTV personality has been flaunting his new body, too, and it’s all thanks to Vinny! “Mike was the first person to ever call me and ask me how the [keto] diet works, and I got him on the keto diet,” the cookbook author explained to People. “Before he went to prison, he was eating everything in sight. But he knew the principles of it, and now he’s really applying it.”
Hopefully, there’s no hard feelings between the two! Next time we’ll be on the lookout for our invite, too.
