Jana Duggar's Dog Is Too Cute — and Way Better Than Any Husband

She may still be single, but don’t feel too bad for Jana Duggar just yet. It turns out that the oldest Duggar daughter might not be as lonely as you think. And we’re not just talking about her BFF Laura DeMasie (who, yes, is just her BFF and not her GF). We’re talking about her adorable dog, Willow. Jana’s sister Jessa Duggar is the one that spilled the beans. She posted pictures of her son Spurgeon playing with the gorgeous animal. “Up, Willow! Now stay. Good dog! You deserve a kiss,” she wrote, captioning the album like it was Spurgy speaking. When fans wanted to know who the dog belonged to, she fessed up. “It’s Aunt Jana’s dog. ?❤️” she told one of her followers who asked.

And Counting On fans were excited on the oldest sister’s behalf. “Aww so cute! Love that Jana has her own puppy,” wrote one, with another adding, “So glad that Jana has a dog to love!!” They also noticed something very special about Willow — painted nails! “Those pink toenails, tho! ?” commented an Instagram user.

But don’t worry. Jana’s not doing all the work alone on top of taking care of her younger siblings and growing some incredible crops. She’s recruited some of the other kids to help out. “Jackson and Willow at Dog Training Class!” the family shared earlier this year. Willow looked perfectly obedient, and it’s clear the pet has grown to be very well behaved based on how gentle she was with Jessa’s son.

Jana’s dog is far from being her only pet. She’s also been taking care of chickens out in the backyard. She even built them their own coop cutely titled the “Chick Inn.” You can spot it in the Counting On webisode all about Jana’s garden. The family’s also had plenty of other dogs, cats, and even a guinea pig over the years. Though most of them have sort of fallen by the way site, knowing that Willow is Jana’s dog gives us plenty of hope that she’s getting all the love she deserves. Now we just need to see more pictures of her!
