Shoot Your Shot! According to ‘RHOBH’ Star Garcelle Beauvais, Jamie Foxx Is ‘Single’ and ‘Sexy’

Ladies, feel free to shoot your shot! According to his pal, Jamie Foxx is single and ready to mingle. Garcelle Beauvais spilled the beans while chatting with Us Weekly. The model and actress, who starred on The Jamie Foxx Show back in the day, gave the outlet an update on her former costar on Thursday, September 26, and it sounds like she’s ready to help her friend land a new boo.

“He’s the sweetest,” Garcelle, 52, shared about Jamie, 51. “And he’s also single!” But despite her love for him — and the fact that she “finds him incredibly sexy” and has “insane chemistry” with him — the newest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star revealed that she’s not about to make a move. “We’re like brother and sister!” she added. “We really are. Like, I’ve seen him go from party boy bachelor to a really great dad, and, you know, we hang out with my kids, his kids, so it’s really beautiful.”

Recently, the Oscar-winning actor was linked to Sela Vave after the end of his several-year relationship with Katie Holmes. The up-and-coming singer, who’s being mentored by the star, was seen partying with him while out and about in Los Angeles. The two musicians even spent Labor Day together with Jamie’s daughter Annalise. In a radio interview, though, the star denied any romance rumors.

“People are saying I’m dating the girl, let me just say this, that’s absolutely not true,” he said on “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” on Real 92.3. Though they do have a personal relationship outside of music, he claimed it was strictly platonic. “I know the nature of the business that we’re in, so I don’t trip on headlines, but when it comes to that part and the girl and her and what I’m trying to do for her as an artist, I feel that I have to be an elder,” he explained. “[I’m] her ‘uncle’ as she calls me. … I got a 25-year-old daughter, [Corinne Fox], and I don’t date in my daughter’s range … ever!”

The fact that they’re going out to clubs together only seems to confirm his words — especially considering that the actor’s nights out were one of the reasons for his last split. “Jamie and Katie have been arguing nonstop over his partying,” a source told In Touch in August. “For months he’s been promising to calm his wild ways, but nothing’s changed and she’s finally come to the conclusion that she wants to be with a guy who’s more mature and ready to settle down. … She called it a day.”
