Does Israel Dillard need speech therapy? That's exactly what some Counting On fans are saying of Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard's son. In a clip posted on National Donut Day, the three-year-old yelled "donuts" repeatedly, but not everyone found it cute. Watch the video below to hear his voice — and to find out what people had to say.

Recently, Derick involved Izzy in his controversial views. On May 15, the 29-year-old shared a snap of his son playing with blocks and wrote, "Israel helping Trump build 'The Wall.' LOL!"

Immediately, people began commenting on the pic and had some not-so-nice words for the former reality star. "I literally just lost all respect for you," one person wrote. "If anything, they need to build up the wall around y'all so y'all can't reproduce anymore." A second added, "Wow, Derick. You've hit a new low. Seriously, please seek help. You really need it," and a third chimed in, "You do realize that 'The Wall' rips families apart and is actually not 'lol' funny at all."

ICYMI, Derick has been going after members of the LGBTQ community lately. Last week, Jill's husband himself in hot water after sharing his unwarranted comments about the cast of Lost in Transition. "I really hope this is a series showing the devastation that mental illness causes, rather than presuming that these challenges are simply evidences of an improving society. #optimism," he wrote on Twitter. He's also taken aim at Jazz Jennings — often referring to her as "him" — and called designers Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent's family a "travesty."

Ugh. Here's to hoping Israel gets the help he needs… for, ahem, various reasons.
