Hard work pays off! 90 Day Fiancé star Nicole Nafziger revealed how many pounds she’s lost during a recent weight loss journey, and we’re seriously impressed! Watch the video above to see what she revealed and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube Channel.
Nicole said that she didn’t “feel obligated” to post about her weight loss, she actually wanted to share the news with her followers. “It feels so good to see that number go down. Being overweight one of my fears was to one day go over 300 lbs. I never wanted to hit that number.”
Nicole continued, “My highest weight went up to 296. That was it, I had enough. I was ready for a change. So I started this weight loss journey I’m on now and it’s been the best decision I’ve made for my health.” Which is really excellent news, because weight loss can be hard, but it’s so worth it if Nicole feels good about it.
“I started my first dietbet with @fatgirlfedup Oct 20th 2018,” she explained, and as you can read in the Instagram post above from Oct. 30, dietbet — a program that encourages people to lose weight by making it an interactive “game” — is something she’s written about before. The reality TV star continued, “Based on my starting weight I had a 4% weight loss goal of 11.7 pounds or to weight 280.9. I am so happy that I have reached my short term goal 4 days before the dietbet is over and I’m still going!”
And in especially great news, Nicole wrote that for her, dietbet has been really “motivating,” and although the more official “weigh-outs” that are a part of the program haven’t occurred yet, she’s feeling “excited and ready for my next dietbet!”

In addition to the dietbet program she’s following, Nicole exclusively told In Touch Weekly on Oct. 23 that her love, Azan Tefou, is supporting her goals to lose weight. She said, “My fiancé Azan is a great motivator, always letting me know he supports me in my journey and keeps the encouraging words coming.” She added, “Overall, I want to be healthy and live a better lifestyle for me and for my daughter May. I want her to grow up with this healthy lifestyle and learn good things from me and Azan. If over this journey I can help motivate and inspire others to jumpstart their fitness journey, then I guess I’m doing something right with this platform I have.”
Kudos to the 90 Day Fiancé alum for really going for it and congrats to her for feeling so healthy and strong!
