It sounds like the Duggars are in denial about the latest sexual assault scandal to rock the family. Earlier this week, it was revealed that Jana’s once-rumored boyfriend, Caleb Williams, was arrested on two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Now, a source says the TLC stars aren’t fazed.

“The Duggars of all people know what it’s like to be reamed by the media,” an insider revealed to Radar Online. “To them, it’s just another day and another story.”

According to the outlet, the 26-year-old pleaded not guilty to two Class 2 felonies, including inserting his finger and penis into a minor who was older than 13 but younger than 17. The first crime allegedly took place between May 29, 2015, and Aug. 1, 2016, while the second was alleged to have happened between Aug. 1, 2016, and May 31, 2018, in Logan County, IL.

The source added that the famous family is more understanding these days since their son’s crimes.  “The Duggars are not judgmental people,” they explained. “They know because of Josh how easy it is to make a mistake.”

19 Kids and Counting was canceled by the network when news broke that Jim Bob and Michelle‘s first child had molested five underage women — four of whom were his sisters. After the abuse scandal broke, Josh was also named as a member of Ashley Madison, a website for married people to pursue infidelity.

Caleb has since been released on bond put up by his mother, Dawn Williams. According to Radar, Caleb is not on probation and was ordered to have “no contact with anyone under the age of 18.” He has also been ordered to stay within the state of Illinois until his next court date in January.
