TLC’s hit show The Little Couple is finally coming back after more than a year hiatus and we can’t wait to catch up on Bill Klein and Jen Arnold’s life. As fans are well aware, the last few seasons of The Little Couple focused on Jen’s cancer diagnosis and recovery, so viewers are understandably curious about the current status of her health.

Back in 2014, the 42-year-old doctor — who has since relocated her family from Houston, TX, to St. Petersburg, FL, because of work — told People that her cancer was officially in remission after months of weekly intensive chemotherapy treatment.

“I had my official last chemo treatment,” Jen said at the time. “And while I’m hesitant to say I’m cancer-free – maybe that’s common for people who have had cancer – I’m doing great. Everything is moving in the right direction. I am very excited.”

Jen — who shares two young adopted children, Zoey and Will, with Ben — said that her health crisis often left her exhausted. “It actually got harder as more time went on,” she added. “Some weeks were more difficult than others with different side effects. I had a lot of fatigue and nausea and some days it just felt like my hands and feet were very heavy.”

Though she hasn’t shared an update on her health in a while, Jen looks happier than ever from the looks of her Instagram. Earlier this summer, the reality star posted a sweet snap of herself and her kids at the beach, accompanied by a touching caption. “I don’t want summer to end! This has been a summer of wonderful Florida memories!!!” she wrote. “#littlecouple #summertime #proudmom.”
