Now, this is love! Dog the Bounty Hunter alums Duane "Dog" and Beth Chapman recently celebrated their 12-year wedding anniversary, and it looks like Dog took his wedding vows seriously! The former reality star got his wife's name tattooed on his chest (right over his heart!), and she snapped a pic of his new ink for all the world to see. Watch the video above to see the sweet gesture.

Immediately, people expressed their support for the couple, who haven't had the easiest year. "I love this so much," one person wrote, and anther added, "You both are a perfect match. Dog treats you so well, especially helping you from your surgery. You both are awesome."

Back in September, Beth was diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer — and she exclusively told In Touch that the news was heartbreaking for her entire family. "It was hard to accept that at the beginning, after the initial findings," she revealed in November, adding that her husband took the news the hardest. "It was very difficult to see those things and not have answers. We didn't tell our kids initially, until after we'd flown back to LA and went in to see the doctor." Beth is currently in remission, though her journey was documented on A&E's Dog & Beth: Fight of Their Lives.

"When you first hear the word 'cancer,' you immediately move to the word 'death' because that's generally what comes next," she added. "Then the next word is 'chemo' and the next word after that is 'radiation,' which in most cases means death. It was very hard to accept those things, that this was happening and I was not even 50 years old yet."

As a result, this year's anniversary was more special for the pair than in years past. It also gave new meaning to the words, "In sickness and in health." She wrote on Instagram, "We made it through another tough year. Looking forward to our anniversary." We're so happy to hear she's now happy and healthy! Congrats to the sweet couple.
