No filter! Pete Davidson returned to the stand-up scene at Boston’s Chevalier Theatre on Monday, Dec. 31, and he got candid with the audience about his split from Ariana Grande. He even claimed that Louis C.K. tried to get him fired from Saturday Night Live.

The 25-year-old started telling the audience about his various tattoos. “I got a Harry Potter tattoo,” he said. “Then, the next day Alan Rickman, the guy who played Snape, died, and I was like, ‘Oh, what a weird coincidence.’ Then, I got a Willy Wonka tattoo. Next day — Gene Wilder dies. Now, I’m like, ‘Alright, that’s a coincidence, that’s weird.’” He then went on, “So, I’ve been thinking about getting a tattoo of Louis C.K., what do you guys think?”

The comedian revealed that Louis C.K. hosted SNL in April 2017 for the fourth time and he “told all the producers in front of me that all this kid does is smoke weed and he’s gonna smoke his career away.” The Secret Life of Pets actor even told the show’s executive producer, Lorne Michaels, “that Pete smokes so much weed that it makes people uncomfortable.”

“Then, five years later, this motherf—ker’s been locking doors and jerking off in front of people,” Pete added, referencing the women who have accused him of sexual harassment. This has not been a good year for the red-headed comedian, as he just recently made headlines for joking about the Parkland students in his comedy routine on Dec. 16.

Pete didn’t hold back when it came to his very public breakup with Ariana — he even admitted that he cried at the table with his mom after they said their goodbyes.

While it was a tough time for the Trainwreck actor, he revealed that he learned a lot. “It made me see how ugly people can get, and how cool people can be,” he said.

It’s refreshing to see the TV star telling jokes again since it was only two weeks ago that he posted a seemingly suicidal message on Instagram. “I really don’t want to be on this earth anymore,” he wrote. “I’m doing my best to stay here for you but I actually don’t know how much longer I can last. All I’ve ever tried to do was help people. Just remember I told you so.”

It looks like Pete is starting 2019 off on the right foot!
