Danielle Busby Reveals Daughter Hazel Is Allergic to Milk and Soy

Mom knows best! Danielle Busby took to Instagram on Thursday, April 25, to reveal her daughter Hazel has several allergies.

“We are fighters! We never know just what tomorrow holds But we are stronger than we know!!!” the OutDaughtered star, 35, captioned a photo of an inspirational quote. “(I need to be reminded of this more and more every day) … I mean … as I look at my life … just the simple fact that I carried five babies in my belly at one time, and despite what doctors said would happen, I have five healthy perfect babies.”

In response, one person shared their own story and wrote, “Thank you for this. I’m struggling right now with my 3-week-old, I can’t believe you did it with 5 … she is nothing but fussy when she isn’t sleeping or eating and constantly fights sleep, but I’m taking it day by day, and there may be a lot of tears between the both of us, but we’re managing!”

The mother-of-six — who shares a set of all-girl quints and a daughter with her husband, Adam Busby — offered up some advice. “Day by day! If you really think she is nonstop fussy … I’d ask talk [sic] to a pediatrician,” she said. “We found out Hazel had an allergy to milk, soy and even breast milk when she was a baby, and it was life-changing once we figured that out. Hang in there, momma.” Aww!

Recently, Danielle reflected on her baby girls’ NICU days. “Remembering a lot today about how fortunate I am to be the Mom to my six girls,” she shared on a photo kissing Riley. “The fact that five of them were 28 weekers and lived in the NICU for 3 months. There Isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think about those NICU days … the days I couldn’t kiss them, couldn’t hold them … but these are my ‘now days’ and Mommy has KISSES FOR DAYS AND DAYS.”
