She knows how lucky she is! Although Danielle Busby doesn’t discuss the scary start to the quints‘ lives regularly, that doesn’t mean it’s not on her mind. The OutDaughtered star took to Instagram on Thursday, March 14, to share a little appreciation post for her girls.

“Remembering a lot today about how fortunate I am to be the Mom to my six girls💜,” the 35-year-old, whose husband is Adam Busby, gushed on a photo kissing Riley. “The fact that five of them were 28 weekers and lived in the NICU for 3 months. There Isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t think about those NICU days … the days I couldn’t kiss them, couldn’t hold them … but these are my ‘now days’ and Mommy has KISSES FOR DAYS AND DAYS 😘🥰 #Godisgood#blessed #momlife #mamalife#itsabuzzworld.” Aww.

It didn’t take long for fans to comment on the sweet snap, with one person writing, “You guys are so deserving and amazing parents and people. I can’t wait ’til your show comes back on!’ Another added, “Y’all are all very blessed! They are absolutely precious!” A third, meanwhile, shared a similar story, adding, “My daughter was a 27 weeker. She’s now five and lives for Mommy’s hugs and kisses!”

The tiny tots are approaching their fourth birthday on April 8 — their older sister, Blayke, will turn 8 on April 5 — so it’s no wonder the reality TV mama is feeling nostalgic. Back in May 2015, Danielle blogged about her then-three-week-olds.

“All the girls have been quite amazing … little miracle growers. I told the doctor after Riley’s chest tube issue and Ava’s infection that those two girlies are not allowed any other ‘issue’ and if the other 3 babies have an ‘issue’ arise, that they are only allowed one 😉 So far so good. I’m not sure how to go about typing everything that has happened the last 3 weeks … because it’s not like I can remember … remember what even happen yesterday … lol.”

#MomLife, amirite? Luckily, these rambunctious kiddos are now happy and healthy.
