She’s got a new look! Jill Duggar got her hair done by her brother-in-law Ben Seewald’s sister Danielle Seewald, and honestly, we think it looks great. However, the Counting On star did reveal something a little weird when she shared photos of her new ‘do on Instagram on July 23. “Loved getting to have my hair trimmed and layered by @danielle.seewald 🤗❤️,” Jill, 28, wrote. “BTW, this was my FIRST TIME having my hair washed and all at a salon! 😍 Great job girl! 💞.” Wait — Jill has never had her hair washed at a salon? I mean, she is a Duggar, and they do things a little differently than a lot of families so maybe we shouldn’t be so shocked, but here we are.
Jill also gushed in her Instagram Story that Danielle made her hair “manageable” and added, “I already notice the curl holds much better.” Does anyone else remember the days when the Duggar girls had crunchy curls? Look how far they’ve come!

Counting On fans complimented Jill on her new look in the comments of the post. “You look GORGEOUS, girl!!! 😍” one person wrote. Another follower replied, “Such beautiful hair I’m jealous LOL.” Someone also had the very same question we did about Jill getting her hair washed and done up in a salon for the first time, and asked, “You didn’t do that for your wedding?” Jill responded, “Haha nope. My sisters did my hair.” That must have been an interesting bonding experience for the Duggar girls.
In recent years, Jill has changed up her look a couple of times. There was that time she got a nose ring, which none of the other Duggars have. She also got a henna tattoo back in December 2017, although we seriously doubt she’d ever go through with getting the real deal done. Feel free to surprise us, Jill! We love a Duggar rebel.
