She may only be two years old — but Corey Simms and Miranda Simms' daughter, Remi, looked all grown up as she celebrated her grandma Joetta's birthday over the weekend. Watch the video above to see the adorable snap!

"Nana had some help with the candles!" Remi's grandpa, or "poppa" Jeff Simms captioned the image. "Grace was trying to keep Remi from jumping the gun blowing them out." Grace is the nickname of Corey and Leah Messer's daughter, Aleeah — who is also their daughter Ali's twin.

Fans were excited to see the little girl make another social media appearance, and flooded the comments section with positive messages. "Four beautiful young ladies," one user wrote, while another chimed in with, "Great picture!" Others shared happy birthday wishes for the Teen Mom 2 grandma.

Corey married Miranda in June 2013 and announced their pregnancy two years later. Remi was born on Nov. 9, 2015 — which was two months before Miranda's due date. Because of this, the baby spent some time in the neonatal intensive care unit — or NICU — upon her arrival.

While the couple has remained mum over the years about expanding their adorable brood, Corey didn't rule it out during a conversation with Teen Mom OG star Gary Shirley back in 2016. "I’d like to later, but I don’t know," he said during MTV's Weekend at Corey’s special — which also featured Nathan Griffith and Jo Rivera.
