He got lucky! Jennifer Garner’s new boyfriend John Miller just finalized his divorce from his wife Caroline Campbell after 13 years of marriage, and even though their divorce process was long and drawn-out, it seems like they were able to come to an agreement that was in John’s favor. According to documents obtained by Radar, John was able to keep his millions in his divorce settlement.

John will be financially off the hook when it comes to his ex-wife — he will not be ordered to pay her any spousal support. Caroline, a violinist, is not getting any money besides what she earned or what she already owned.  “John and Caroline waive any and all rights to spousal support. The Court’s jurisdiction over the issue of spousal support is forever terminated with respect to either party,” the documents read, according to Radar. “No Court shall have jurisdiction to order spousal support to JOHN or to CAROLINE. The Court finds both Parties have income and assets sufficient to meet their reasonable needs and maintain the marital standard of living.”

Meanwhile, John will be able to keep all of the money and rights to his various businesses and investments. Judging by the agreement, it seems like their divorce was amicable.

The former couple also shares two children together. John will pay Caroline child support and he will also pay for the children’s education up until the age of 30 through a trust that will be set up for them.

John’s divorce comes just one week after Jen finalized her divorce from her ex-husband Ben Affleck. It seems like now that Jen and John are no longer legally married to their exes, they will be able to move forward in their relationship together, which is good because insiders revealed to Us Weekly that the couple’s relationship “continues to be extremely serious.” “Jennifer is extremely happy with John,” the insider said.
