Jennifer Garner’s New Boyfriend John Miller Finalizes His Divorce After 13 Years Of Marriage

He’s officially back on the market! Jennifer Garner’s new boyfriend, John Miller, just finalized his divorce from Caroline Campbell, according to Us Weekly. The couple was married for 13 years and share two children together. John filed for divorce in June 2011, but then the pair got back together the following February. Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be for these two because they filed divorce papers again in October 2014.

In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, John and his now-ex-wife share joint custody of their children and reached an agreement in their divorce on Oct. 22, but were just waiting for a judge to sign off on it. The former couple separated because they have “major differences in our personalities, communication styles, and approaches toward conflict resolution.”

The Alias star understands that getting a divorce is not easy, as she and her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, finally settled their divorce in early November after three years of being separated.

While Ben has dabbled in relationships with Lindsay Shookus and Playboy model Shauna Sexton, Jen was waiting for the right moment to date. An insider told Us Weekly, “Jennifer is extremely happy with John. Jen has been thankful for John’s stable love and support during issues she has faced with [ex-husband Ben Affleck’s] sobriety. He isn’t jealous and understands Jen’s commitment to helping Ben.” Aw, he sounds like a great match for America’s sweetheart!

“Jennifer does refer to John as her boyfriend. John is absolutely head over heels in love with Jennifer,” the source continued. What a difference a year makes, though! She told reporters at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association conference, “I would not choose to be single or be in this position. It’s something that we are working through. I haven’t been on a date and I am not interested in dating. People want to set me up and I am just like, ‘No, thank you!”

Sounds like this guy could be her Prince Charming!
