Bo$$ babe! Cardi B looked picture-perfect when she arrived to the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on Monday, August 26. The rapper skipped the red carpet but she was impossible to miss in her racy red dress. Even though her beau, Offset, didn’t show up, Cardi was still winning!

This is a huge night for Cardi, 26, as she is nominated in four categories for her chart-topping singles including a collaboration. The former Love & Hip Hop: New York star was overjoyed when she took home the prize for Best Hip Hop Video.

“Since this is the Video Music Awards and everything, I really want to thank my music video team — first Jora Frantzis — that’s the director. She gotta hear outta my mouth, ‘I look ugly. Edit my stomach, edit my butt. Smooth my cellulite out,'” Cardi said during her speech. “And I wanna thank my glam team, Vincent [Oquendo], Tokyo [Stylez]. Thank y’all so much. Without y’all, my music videos wouldn’t look like this. Thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus!”

Cardi is clearly on a roll! As fans may recall, the “Bodak Yellow” rapper recently took home a prize for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist during the 2019 BET Awards, where she and Offset performed a medley of their two recent singles “Clout” and “Press.”

Prior to that, the couple packed on ~major~ PDA while making an appearance at the 2019 Grammy Awards. By gracing the red carpet as a couple, Cardi and Offset confirmed they were back together for the first time since she announced their breakup two months before. Since then, they’ve only grown stronger! In July, Cardi revealed a new tattoo in honor of her husband.

Offset also has a tattoo of Cardi’s name on his neck that he reportedly got in 2018, after the birth of their daughter, Kulture Kiari Cephus, on July 10th.
