Not having it. On Friday, May 10, pop star Britney Spears showed up in court with her mother, Lynne Spears, in an ongoing legal battle concerning her conservatorship where a judge ordered her to undergo a 730 expert evaluation. After her hearing, the 37-year-old’s younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, took to Instagram to show her support — and she slammed a troll who accused her of using her sister for money.

Jamie, 28, shared a beautiful photo of her sister and added the sparkles emoji in the caption. While many fans flooded the comments section with their love for the Spears family, some fans weren’t so supportive and felt that Jamie’s intentions weren’t exactly pure. “Fear of losing your allowance, I see,” one fan commented.

But the former Zoey 101 star did not let the troll get away with their rude comment, and she hit back. “Haha nice try, but I have NEVER been paid a dime from my sister, that is HER hard-earned money, and I am NOT entitled to a cent of it … I would not spend money I did not earn,” she clapped back.

Fans have been rallying around Britney as she continues her legal battle over her conservatorship, which is currently being run by Britney’s father, Jamie Spears. The conservatorship was put in place in 2007 after Britney’s mental health breakdown and since then, her father and her lawyer were in charge of making major decisions regarding the pop star’s personal life, career and finances. Many of the “Toxic” singer’s followers feel that the conservatorship should end and Britney should be allowed to be in control of her life.

But according to court documents obtained by In Touch, a judge ordered Britney to undergo a 730 expert evaluation before her next court hearing. In California, a 730 expert evaluation is when a court-appointed expert conducts an evaluation, after which they can provide an opinion and recommendation to the Court. Britney is due back in court on September 18, 2019.
