She’s stronger than yesterday! Britney Spears has struggled with mental health issues over the years, and she recently checked herself into a wellness center for three weeks of treatment. Britney, 37, has been doing well ever since checking out on April 25, and an insider exclusively shared an update with In Touch about her continuing her journey to healing.

“Britney is doing better though. She’s seeking outpatient help as well as seeing a spiritual healer and has put her career on hold to focus on herself,” an insider exclusively revealed to In Touch.

It’s so great to hear that Britney is taking a well-deserved break from the spotlight for some self-care, and she’s got a great support system in her friends, family and fans.

The pop star’s boyfriend “Sam [Asghari] is also doing whatever he can to be there for Britney and is working around the clock to make sure she’s happy and relaxed,” the source added. “Britney opened up to him about her mental health problems early on in the relationship and over time he’s learned to pick up on the warning signs. Their relationship is all about openness, respect and honesty.”

“One of the main reasons Britney was so desperate to leave rehab is because she couldn’t stop thinking about Sean and Jayden,” the insider revealed about why she decided to check out of the California wellness center after only one month. “She missed her boys so much. They’re too young to truly understand what’s going on with Britney’s mental health.”

On the bright side, Britney was surrounded by love when she went back home. “Sean and Jayden ran into Britney’s arms and gave her the biggest hug when they were all reunited,” the source revealed.

Britney recently took to Instagram on April 23 to give her adoring followers an update on how she’s doing. “Hi guys, just checking in with all of you who are concerned about me,” she said in the clip. “All is well. My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately, so I just needed time to deal, but don’t worry, I’ll be back very soon.” We’re glad to hear she’s still making strides!
