It’s almost Thanksgiving, so it’s about that time of year when everyone is feeling pretty thankful. And that includes Bristol Palin, who gushed over her Teen Mom OG co-stars for being “a source of light” for so many, but particularly for herself, in an Instagram post on Nov. 19. OK, we’ll admit it — that’s pretty thoughtful of her.

going into Thanksgiving week so THANKFUL for these girls ❤️ thank you for being strong enough to share your stories – your struggles – the good, the bad & the sometimes ugly – you’ve encouraged me, humbled me, & have welcomed my awkward shy a$z into your world with arms wide open, thank you for being a SOURCE OF LIGHT for so, so many, and continuing to stand strong in the midst of an occasionally nasty world. beyond grateful for each one of you, and can’t wait to see what God does in all of your lives next!! 🥂 (ps – so important to let your loved ones know their importance in your life, tell someone who you are thankful for this week, and don’t forget to tune in to #TeenMomOG tonight 9/8c on @mtv)

Bristol began the heartfelt post, “going into Thanksgiving week so THANKFUL for these girls ❤️.” The post accompanied a group shot of the other Teen Mom OG stars, and Bristol continued, “thank you for being strong enough to share your stories  — your struggles — the good, the bad & the sometimes ugly — you’ve encouraged me, humbled me, & have welcomed my awkward shy a$z into your world with arms wide open, thank you for being a SOURCE OF LIGHT for so, so many, and continuing to stand strong in the midst of an occasionally nasty world.”

But she didn’t stop there. Bristol also wrote that she is, “beyond grateful for each one of you,” and that she “can’t wait to see what God does in all of your lives next!! 🥂,” before reminding her followers that it’s always important to let your loved ones know what they mean to you, which is legitimately a really lovely sentiment to share. She also reminded fans to tune in to Teen Mom OG, which yea, that’s fair, she does have a show to promote after all.

Bristol confirmed the news that she was joining the MTV reality series on July 20, in another Instagram post which also featured her three kids — Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, Sailor Grace Meyer, and Atlee Bay Meyer — in a behind-the-scenes photo.

Not everyone was thrilled with the addition — Tyler Baltierra, for one, thought the casting change was “weird as hell” — but it looks like everyone is playing nice now!
