Looks like Bear Brown has left the bush! After the news broke that the Alaskan Bush People star had popped the question to his new girlfriend, Raiven Adams, fans couldn’t help but wonder if they’d move away from the family home. Now, the star’s fiancée is answering that question. When a fan asked the model on Instagram if she and her man “live in the bush every day” or if they just visit to shoot the Discovery Channel show, she put the rumors to rest.

“The bush life is everything this family stands for,” Raiven, 21, told fans. “But due to a health situation, we are in town.” However, she did clarify that the couple “can’t wait to get back” to their “beautiful mountain view.” And she’s been giving that view plenty of love on Instagram, frequently sharing photos of herself and Bear, 32, exploring the great outdoors. “Loving every moment,” she wrote in August 2019 as she posted a photo of a rainbow stretching over a gorgeous vista.

Though the new reality star didn’t share what kind “health situation” — or whose — was keeping them away from the Browns’ new bush, her statement jives with what her soon-to-be sister-in-law Rain Brown has shared in the past. When a fan broached the subject with the youngest member of the wolf pack back in April 2019, she gave pretty much the same answer. “I’m just curious if your family lives on the [mountain] full time,” the fan wrote. “Unless there’s something medical going on, most of us [do], yes,” the 16-year-old responded.

Of course, not everyone buys that. “Stop acting,” one Instagram commenter told the family. “You upload pictures of yourself in bedrooms, but there are no bedrooms on the mountain property. You’re not living in those teepees.” Another added, “NONE of them live on the mountain. It’s just a film set. The land is zoned as designated forest land, not residential property. Meaning it can be used for livestock, cutting timber, hunting and as a film set but cannot be used as a residence. IDK why they choose to continue the charade off-camera, but … they don’t live there.”
