She’s taking action. Audrina Patridge has reportedly been granted a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband Corey Bohan. The Hills: New Beginnings star filed an emergency motion earlier this week and an investigation was immediately launched amid her allegations of abuse.

According to the shocking court documents obtained by The Blast, Bohan, 37, must stay 100 yards away from both Patridge, 34, and their 3-year-old daughter, Kirra. This includes their home as well as Kirra’s school. The BMX rider has also been denied visitation rights for the time being.

The judge’s order will remain in place until a hearing scheduled for later this month. Most of the information involving the emergency motion was sealed by the court, however it was revealed that Patridge listed the most recent alleged abuse as “May 2019, continuing to present.”

Patridge is now seeking full custody of their little girl as part of her petition. Meanwhile, her ex-husband remains “under investigation by officers in Costa Mesa for a recent incident” involving Patridge and Kirra. The alleged incident is apparently unrelated to the drama that took place between the exes weeks ago.

Bohan was last accused of not showing up for a custody drop-off with Patridge on July 4, however it was reported that he didn’t realize his ex was supposed to have their daughter on the holiday.

The TV star filed for divorce from Bohan in September 2017 and they were only married for 10 months. Patridge opened up about her new reality during the July 12 episode of The Hills. “I’ve been going through a lot on the personal side of things with court and custody, just everything at once,” she said. “It’s been so hard lately. You get so used to having someone there all the time and then it’s getting used to being there on your own and being a single mom. It really hit me today.”
