Romance rumors have been swirling around Laura and her new friend, Raul, as of late. The two have been taking to Instagram with photos and videos of them spending quality time together.

Just one day ago, she shared a snap of them smiling from ear to ear. “Life in Ecuador is beyond amazing, specially when you in good company @raulnomada you are the best,” Laura gushed.

Raul also stuck by her side when the highly anticipated special for the hit TLC reality spinoff aired.

“Watching the Final Tell-All with this @Nirvana enthusiast @tlc_laura_jallali,” he wrote on October 22.

Adding fuel to the speculation, Laura recently shared an update with her followers via Instagram Live, revealing that she and Raul have “developed a very special relationship.”

Singing His Praises

“He is an amazing man. I love this guy, he is so sweet and adorable and he knows how to please a woman,” the reality star raved about her rumored new beau.

Building a Bond

Now, Raul is ready to speak out about their connection. While chatting with In Touch exclusively on October 23, he said it’s been “so awesome” hanging out with Laura. 

New Digs

“She recently moved to Ecuador and Evelin introduced me to her,” the documentarian revealed, while defending both of the ladies against trolls online who scrutinize them.

Out and About

“Even though people are hating on her she is super nice and so is Laura,” Raul shared. “I have visited her a few times to hang out at the pool and we had dinner a couple times.”

Moving Forward

The TedTalks speaker also expressed how much he’s enjoyed “getting to know her as a real person,” and he even shared his thoughts about how she’s handled her split.

Feelings Are Mutual

“It’s Aladin’s loss, because she truly loved him and I have been helping her with the process of overcoming the heartbreak,” Raul exclusively told In Touch.

“All I can say is that we have a lot a lot of fun together and she has such a positive out look on life.”

Looking Ahead

“I am completely in love with her dog and so enjoy Laura’s company,” he added. “She is super easy going and I am gonna teach her how to surf since that is one of her dreams I will make that a reality for sure.”

When asked if they are indeed falling for each other, Raul said, “There is an famous adage in Ecuador … if you wanna keep something special don’t share it with the world.”

“Let’s see what happens at the moment you saw her IG and Stories,” he concluded.

Just a few days ago, Laura finally dropped a hint about why her romance with ex, Aladin, fizzled.

“I lost my marriage due to this show,” the reality star said in a video posted online. “However, what I have lost in a husband, I have gained in so many amazing, wonderful friends.”

Shocking Claims

She later shared more details about their split in the comment section while responding to a fan. Laura claimed, “Hun when the $ ran out due to the show … so did my husband.”

The reality star added, “I told him I can no longer bring him to Canada so he was out! He has lots of women now willing to sponsor him so good luck and god bless.”

Calling It Quits

Since then, Aladin has broken his silence about their breakup.

“I can confirm that Laura and I separated in late July 2019,” he exclusively told In Touch. “There is no possibility of reconciliation.”

“First … she repeatedly broke my trust, manipulated and lied blatantly,” he claimed. “[She] sought to belittle, disrespect and humiliate me publicly in order to gain fame and popularity.”

“And finally,” Aladin concluded, “because she has publicly stated that she is with another man even though we are not divorced yet.”
