Don’t come for her! 90 Day Fiancé star Anfisa Nava posted a video showing off her killer bod and almost immediately had a troll in the comments making a negative, body-shaming comment, which she quickly clapped back at.

“Me being conceited for 10 seconds straight,” Anfisa, 24, captioned the clip. “Also, this is the kind of songs [sic] that get me through my workouts. 😁💦 Off to school now 🤓.” Someone then commented, “I’m not trying to be rude, just honest. You are wasting away to nothing and starting to look unhealthy. The human body needs a percentage of body fat to be healthy.”

That led the reality star to respond, “Absolutely true, but that percentage doesn’t have to be extremely high 😂. Having a healthy amount of fat doesn’t equal being overweight! I have enough fat for all parts of my body to function properly, don’t worry about it. 😊💕.” Go, girl!

Other people defended Anfisa in the replies, too. “Wasting away to nothing? She looks super healthy and great!” one person wrote. “If you follow her on YouTube she eats plenty of food, but she’s healthy and works out! What are you talking about?” Another Instagram user responded, “She is strong. She’s not ‘wasting away.’ She’s not starving. She’s lean, and there is a huge difference between being fit and being malnourished/wasting away. Come on nowww.”

This is not the first time the 90 Day Fiancé star has clapped back at the body-shamers. In April, she shared another video showing off her physique and addressed some of the cruel comments she gets from people. “‘What are you doing? Why are these weird poses? Stop losing weight! Stop gaining muscle! You are looking like a man,'” she captioned a post, using remarks she sometimes gets.

“Addressing this one more time … as shocking and surprising as it may be for some of you, I’m going to compete in NPC (The National Physique Committee (NPC) is the largest amateur bodybuilding organization in the United States) in a bikini division!” Anfisa continued. “I will be on stage with other girls wearing shiny bikinis, heels, having had their hair/make up/spray tan done and we will be judged based on our physiques, posing, overall look/presentation … I’ve been enjoying every second of this process … “I feel great and loving my baby muscles and it’s amazing to see how my body has changed and what it’s capable of.” Keep doing you, Anfisa!
