Anfisa Nava’s Journey From ’90 Day Fiance’ Star to Bodybuilder: See Her Mind-Blowing Fitness Pics

Anfisa Nava (née Arkhipchenko) found a new calling in life after walking away from the hit reality show 90 Day Fiancé. 

The Russia native announced she was quitting the series back in 2018, and in recent years, she’s been focused on chasing her fitness dreams.

With her determination to succeed and passion for bettering herself post-reality TV, Anfisa has proven to be a force in the bodybuilding world.

In November 2019, the former TLC personality opened up about her new career following her exit from the franchise. 

Anfisa announced she passed the National Academy of Sports Medicine [NASM] exam to become a certified personal trainer and celebrated her opportunity for growth and expansion.

“Fitness has completely changed my life and became a huge part of it and I’m so excited to now be able to help all of you achieve your fitness goals,” she gushed at the time.

“I want to be a good representation of the fitness community and do it the right way, instead of trying to make a quick buck off people,” Anfisa continued. “I’m just figuring out the technical side of it and very soon I will launch my very own workout programs.”

Fans can now follow along with her workout routines on her app, where she shares all of her weight loss secrets.

In May 2020, Anfisa’s now-ex, Jorge Nava, was released from prison early and he announced his plans to get a divorce upon becoming a free man. The TV personality spent time behind bars for marijuana-related charges in 2018.

Amid his divorce reveal, she confirmed they parted ways in an exclusive statement to In Touch in April. “I wanted toput our issues aside and stay by his side and support him in this difficult situation,” she shared at the time. “However, the whole time I felt like I had a weight on my shoulders that wouldn’t let me be happy. I knew I had to end it and it would be better for the both of us.”

Jorge officially filed the divorce papers in August 2020 and he’s since welcomed a baby with his girlfriend. The new dad announced the arrival of their child in April 2021.

As for Anfisa, she is now going to college and has since moved to San Diego, California, five years after she first moved to the United States in 2016.
