You go, girl! 90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield put all of us to shame in a new workout video she posted to Instagram, and she made it clear that being pregnant isn’t going to stop her from hitting her #fitnessgoals. “Home Workout,” Paola wrote, before outlining her workout steps, including front squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, and weight hip thrusts. Her various hashtags, which include #pregnantandfit, #fitmom, and #bootybuilder, show exactly what fitness goals Paola has in mind with her workouts, even several months into her pregnancy.

Paola pretty regularly shares updates about her workout routine with her followers on social media, and hasn’t stopped just because she’s pregnant. But she also shares the not-so-glamorous aspects of pregnancy, and even shut down mommy-shamers who might choose to judge her for posting images of herself wearing limited clothing in her workout updates on Instagram on Monday, Nov. 5.

Besides the point she made about not caring about the shamers, the reality TV star wrote about her pregnancy, “I’ve been using the extra delicious calories to build muscle while working out💪🏻 but of course I’ve gained weight😏 but to be honest that doesn’t bother me at all because at the end I know how to get back to the way I was and I like it #noregrets the most important is that my little angel is growing strong and healthy.” Sounds like she has her priorities in order!


Paola and Russ Mayfield first announced their pregnancy in an interview with Us Weekly on July 25, and said in a statement at the time, “This is the most amazing feeling ever! We can’t believe we are going to be parents — we are already so in love with our baby. We are ready for this new adventure and we know it will bring us closer together. God has blessed us again, and this time, we are going as strong as our baby’s heartbeat!”

And with these workouts Paola has continued to do, she’ll definitely stay strong too!
