Paola Mayfield Shows Off Her Pregnancy Workout While Letting Fans Know It’s Perfectly Safe For Baby
Get it, girl! 90 Day Fiancé star Paola Mayfield showed off her pregnancy fitness routine on Aug. 28, and gave fans another sneak peek at what she does while hitting the gym. Her workout consists of weight lifting, squats, and more. Watch the video to see her in action!
Pao broke it down into simple steps while reassuring her fans that she’s keeping her bundle of joy in mind. “Split squats 3×20. Single arm dumbbell squats 3×20. Cable belt squats 3×20,” Paola captioned her post. “Shouldn’t be performed if you lack at balancing and strength, or if you are just starting.” Despite the criticism on her last workout clip, it looks like she’s not letting the mommy-shamers stop her from exercising while pregnant.
“Be careful on working out when you’re pregnant,” one fan previously wrote. “I have read many articles stating intermittent fasting is bad while pregnant,” another added, while a third also threw in their two cents, writing, “I just saw a video of you pick up weights around your waist. Please tell me that that was before you were pregnant.” Paola posted an Instagram comment from a health professional on Aug. 21, explaining why her workouts are OK.
The reality star is absolutely glowing and she’s been embracing her newfound curves to the fullest. Paola and her husband Russ Mayfield announced they are expecting in July and the lovebirds are having a baby boy. They shared the exciting news on Aug. 10, following their gender reveal party. And Paola has been working closely with her doctors to make sure her baby is in perfect health as she keeps up with her fitness routines, so good for her!
