There’s two sides of every story. 90 Day Fiancé star Fernanda Flores shut down rumors that she’s “trying to take everything” her estranged husband, Jonathan Rivera, is worth and alleged that Jonathan actually has debt in the comment section of her new Instagram post shared on June 4. Now, fans have a chance to hear his thoughts on the matter. Jonathan responded to Fernanda’s remarks while chatting with In Touch exclusively, and said that her claims are “completely false,” stating how he’s just ready to move on with his life. Calling It Quits

Fernanda, 20, and Jonathan’s separation was confirmed in January 2019. Since then, both have been doing their best to move on from the relationship.

When she posted a glamorous new photo on June 4, one fan asked for an update on her ex. Fernanda made it crystal clear, writing, “he’s dead to me.”

Drama Continues

Fernanda’s answer prompted one of her followers to sound off, writing, “Well … that’s odd … [because] you are trying to take everything he is worth.”

Firing Back

The TLC alum decided to respond to the comment, claiming that Jon is actually in debt. “He doesn’t have money, he [owes] the government more in taxes than what he earns,” Fernanda wrote, while tagging the person.

Her Statement

“I told him that I will fight in the divorce to him to know that I know my rights and make him stop to threaten me,” Fernanda continued. “Sorry that I haven’t talk about the breakup, but I’m not the one looking for attention neither less money,” she added.

Clearing the Air

Fernanda concluded, “I don’t [owe] anyone an explanation,” adding once more, “He’s dead to me [at this] point.”

Reasons Revealed

During her final response, Fernanda revealed that she’s only sharing her side of the story because she wants to clear the air and is “tired” of people saying that she wants his money.

Not Having It

In Touch reached out to Jonathan, 32, for his comment on the matter and he wholeheartedly denied her claims. “That’s completely false,” the TLC alum shared.

Moving On

“The divorce papers were signed yesterday and I’m moving on with my life. It’s sad to see that once I’ve moved on and am happy, she comes out with these false accusations,” Jonathan continued.

The Next Chapter

Jonathan said he’s over dealing with the drama. “I’m no longer responding to these ridiculous claims, I’m only looking forward to the great things that lie ahead,” the reality star concluded.

Confirming the Split

Back in January, Jonathan confirmed their separation in an interview with In Touch, noting how he wishes nothing but the best for Fernanda going forward.

Addressing Misconceptions

“My feelings for Fernanda were real and Fernanda’s feelings for me were real,” he told In Touch at the time. “Fernanda’s not a gold digger. Fernanda didn’t come here for a green card.”

“What happened was things change, things change and people change and I can’t help that,” Jonathan explained.

New Home

Fernanda has since relocated to Chicago and appears to be making the best of her new reality. Meanwhile, Jonathan has also moved on romantically and has since gone public with his new girlfriend.
