It’s easy to see how she manages to keep the muscles on when you take a closer look at her workout in the video. Fernanda seems to combine jumping rope, lifting weights, doing stretches and squats, and so much more during her visits to the gym. She has a seriously intense fitness routine that a lot of people can aspire to adopt into their own lifestyle.
When Fernanda shared this photo to her Instagram in October 2018, she captioned it, “When you think about giving up, think about all the people that would love for that to happen.” Frankly, that’s great advice for anyone who is struggling with working out more or with sticking to a fitness routine in general. Giving up is clearly not part of the fitness routine the 90 Day Fiancé alum follows, and it shows.
