He’s not giving up on love! 90 Day Fiancé star Jonathan Rivera exclusively confirmed that he is separated from his estranged wife Fernanda Flores less than a year after tying the knot. But even though Jonathan seems pretty sure that things are over for good between him and Fernanda, he isn’t letting his failed marriage prevent him from still believing in love. Jonathan exclusively revealed to In Touch that he would be open to finding love again, possibly on a dating show.
“I can’t say no,” Jonathan, 32, told In Touch about joining another reality TV show in the future to find his next love. “Right now that’s not on my mind. However, when I’m ready to pursue love again, I would be open to that.”
Jonathan previously revealed to In Touch that he had been separated from his wife Fernanda, 20, since December 22, 2018. ” I’m still married. Obviously, I’m separated, I’ve been separated since December 22,” Jonathan told In Touch. “It was the last day since I realized this was not just a blow-over argument. I’ve contacted someone in regards to helping me and it’s just been a crazy couple of weeks.”
Despite the stress from his current separation, Jonathan is keeping a very positive outlook for the new year. He’s been surrounding himself with supportive family and friends and he’s also been focusing on his work as a realtor. Jonathan is also thankful for the support he’s gotten from fans — and he insisted that even though things might not have worked out, his love for Fernanda was real.

“I really appreciated all the support that I’ve seen on my Instagram and the people who can tell that I genuinely love Fernanda,” Jonathan said. “I gave it everything I had. I think that was very apparent in the show. None of that was edited, that was my heartfelt feelings. You know you can only give so much until you start giving yourself away…What I’m saying is, I guess there was a point where I realized it was never going to be enough.”
